Protecting your Information and Privacy
Vineyard 7 & 8 is committed to keeping your payment and personal information safe. For your security, our web-based ordering process utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that all sales information is transferred via encrypted methods. All orders require a credit card, and all credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution which receives all information in an encrypted form in order to verify and process transactions.
Mailing List
We use our mailing list to keep members informed about wine offers and events, and to ship orders. The information that you provide us will not be shared or sold to other companies except as required to fulfill orders. Third parties with whom we work, such as credit card processing companies and shipping companies, are required to keep all information they receive from us confidential and secure. We will maintain your information as long as your account is active and will record your transactions for financial and compliance purposes only. If at any time you would like update the information you have provided or remove your name from our list, please contact James at james@vineyard7and8.com.
Returns
At Vineyard 7 & 8, we strive to produce only the highest quality wines from our estate, and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within five days of the receipt of your order by emailing james@vineyard7and8.com to file a claim. Vineyard 7 & 8 is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment or shipping/delivery delays. Please note that our production is extremely limited and there may be instances where we are not able to replace your order; we reserve the right to provide a different comparable wine or refund your original purchase price.

This site is created and maintained by Vineyard 7 & 8 in the State of California, USA. As such, the laws of the State of California govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions. Vineyard 7 & 8 reserves the right to update our site or revise these terms at any time. Your use of this site indicates your agreement with our terms and conditions.
Restrictions
Wine offered via this website is only available to adults of legal drinking age (at least 21 years) and is sold for personal consumption, not for resale. Through our purchasing process, the wines are sold to you in California and title passes to you in California. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for the shipping of wine, but by placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship the wine to you. An adult signature will be required for delivery of alcoholic beverages.
